To obtain a transcript, Transcript Request Form must be completed.
Transcript request by phone and/or e-mail are not accepted. Transcripts cannot be e-mailed. Expect 7 to 10 days to process your request. Transcripts are not available on a ‘walk-in’ basis. Transcripts are $10.00 each and a separate form is required for each transcript requested.
Please be advised that we adhere strictly to the requirement of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), therefore we cannot release your transcript without your authorization and ORIGINAL SIGNATURE.
